Talk Homework

In Big Write this week the children will be writing a set of instructions on how to build their boat for Captain Scott.  Please could you spend some time this week talking about (make notes if you wish) on the following:

*bossy words (Instruction verbs) e.g. fold, cut, tear, paint etc.

* ly words (adverbs) e.g. carefully, slowly etc. and time connectives e.g. first, next, secondly, finally etc.

* equipment needed to make their boat

Spellings for this week are: team, keep, fly, kicking, float, information.
