Talk Homework This week we are revisiting writing advertisements for our Estate Agent Role play area. This week talk please can you talk about house adverts and discuss what they do.  Can you share one with your child from the newspaper or Internet?  What words or phrases do they use?  Following this, talk about what type of home the Giant from Jack and the Beanstalk would sell.  *What does the house look like? *What materials is it made from? *What is the address? *Special features unique to that property (remember he’s a giant!) *Persuasive words and phrases that could be used to describe this property e.g. attractive, desirable, unique, splendid, great feature, superb, fascinating *Price You can make notes on the planning sheet provided if you wish.  I have also included an example of such an advert.  REMEMBER THE MORE WOW WORDS THE BETTER!  Can you persuade me to buy this home?
