There will be no talk homework this week because of St David’s Day celebrations on Friday.

This week we will also start our talks on the superheroes that the children have invented.  This week it will be:

* Freya Arnold

*Harrison Bailey

*George Bourton

*Shanice Chinnick

*Leila Deren

They need to do a 3- 5 minute talk about a superhero they have created.  They can use images or props to support them.  I will be looking for the following:

*to speak clearly with increasing confidence

*to show an awareness of the audience by including relevant detail.

There is still some outstanding homework from some pupils.  Please could this be sent into school as soon as possible.  These include:

* a superhero in their life - this can be a picture, a description, a collage etc

* a photograph of your child reading in an unusual place.
