Fantastic Mr Fox -Talk Homework
Over the next few weeks we will be reading the famous story by Roald Dahl called Fantastic Mr Fox. This week for talk homework I would like you to talk
about the trickster character of Mr Fox from the story. Discuss:
· What do you think about Mr Fox?
· What do you like about him (qualities)?
· Do they think he is wrong to take the chickens from the farm?
· What are his character traits? Cunning, clever, charming, devious, sharp-witted, smart, humorous, foxy, over-confident, menacing etc.
· How do the other characters in the story feel about the fox?
· What does he look like? What adjectives can you think of to describe him?
· What is he wearing?
· How does he move?
· Can you use similes to describe him? His fur was as soft as silk.
