TALK HOMEWORK – Bonfire Night
We are going to be
retelling a story in our words for Big Write this week. The story is called ‘Bonfire Night’ and is
based around the character of Oscar Field who shows great bravery and perseverance
when helping his father who gets into a spot of bother!!!!
For this week’s talk homework please read the
story that is attached with your child and discuss the following:
*What happens in the beginning, middle and ending
of the story?
*What type of mouse is Oscar Field?
*Can you steal words from the story to use in
your own writing?
*What messages can we take from the story?
