To end our topic on Superheroes the children in Dosbarth Coala created their own superhero with special powers that would defeat Dr Evil Blood. They put their ICT skills to good use and used PuppetPals to describe their hero through an interview and even created their own comic books using marvelkids.com to explain why naughty things Dr Evil Blood was considering and why they were wrong and how their superheroes would save the day. Finally they used the morph app on the I-pad to create an animated message to Dr Evil Blood telling him about their superhero and how his/her special powers would defeat him.
Just before leaving for our Easter break, Dosbarth Coala received an urgent email from Dr Evil Blood admitting defeat! A job well done by my band of superheroes. You prevented Dr Evil Blood from visiting Earth and causing chaos by spreading bad behaviour throughout the world!
