Our first P4C of 2014 went extremely well. The children warmed up by deciding whether they wanted a £1 million or unlimited happiness and this was followed by being presented with a sword as a stimulus. They generated their own ideas and then devised a series of questions that they wanted to discuss. After the voting, the most popular question was 'Is it right to kill another person?' The children all listened well to each others opinions and were able to give reasons whether they agreed or disagreed. I am so proud of the children this week. They have come back after Christmas so grown up and are so enthusiastic about their learning. Da iawn!
